Proposals are invited for the 3rd IPP-Summer School "Hostile Takeovers - =
On Violence and Media, held at Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, =
Germany, 23 July to 5 August 2006.=20

The IPP Summer School "Hostile Takeovers - On Media and Violence" =
follows an explicitly political perspective. The seminars and projects =
focus on the interrelations between economic-political power and the =
cultural negotiations of media and performance as they are expressed in =
meaningful representations of violence.

Proposals for presentations/papers of approximately 200 words should be =
submitted by May 15, 2006.
