Conference Theme: Changing Theatrical Landscapes: Mapping New Directions in
History, Pedagogy and Practice for the 21st Century

In line with the 2007 conference theme, the Pedagogy Symposium seeks panels,
interactive workshops, roundtable discussions, presentations, and papers which
address theoretical foundations and practices dealing with reorganized
content and/or delivery methods in graduate and undergraduate theatre curricula.
Topics may include, but are not limited to, classroom, laboratory, studio
instruction strategies, interactive or small group student-directed learning,
embracing or rejecting 21st century technologies, New content (post-postmodernism and
after, impact of television on demand and gaming) and Revised Content 9with
new infomration, scripts, methods, but no additional time, what must we still
cover thoroughly and what must we leave out?) recognizing that 21st century
students bring fresh skills and expectations to their university experiences.

Pedagogy is not limited to classroom behaviors; it embraces all forms of
information exchange in the broadest sense.

DEADLINE FOR CFP SUBMISSION IS NOVEMBER 15, 2006. PLEASE SUBMIT (preferably
emailed) 250 WORD (MAX) ABSTRACTS AS .DOC OR .PDF ATTACHMENT WITH ATTACHED FILE
LABELED WITH YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME AND YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION ON THE
