CFP: Tolkien at Kalamazoo (Kalamazoo, 9-15-2006; 5-10-13-07)

 

Tolkien at Kalamazoo is sponsoring seven sessions at the 2007 International
Congress of Medieval Studies.

 

Proposals that fit any of the following session topics are welcome:

 

I. Tolkien's Sir Gawain and the Green Knight

II. Religion and Tolkien

III. War and Exile in Tolkien

IV. Gender and Ethnicity in Tolkien

V. Music and Language in Tolkien

VI. Style and Re-vision in Tolkien

VII. Tolkien Unbound

 

The deadline is September 15, 2006.

 

A complete proposal is an abstract of no more than 300 words plus the
completed Abstract Cover Sheet which can be found in pdf format on the
Congress web site at:
