CFP: The Wallace Stevens Society Panel, University of Louisville
Thirty-Fifth Annual Twentieth Century Literature Conference, February
22-24, 2007.
The Wallace Stevens Society is pleased to host a panel this February at
the University of Louisville's Twentieth Century Literature Conference.
We invite proposals for critical papers on any topic concerning Stevens's
work. A specific panel theme may be decided upon depending on the
proposals received.
Please submit by email a cover page with name, email address, mailing
address, phone number, professional affiliation, a personal biographical
note, (100-150 words), title of paper, and 250-word paper proposal to
Phoebe Putnam, pputnam_at_fas.harvard.edu, by Thursday, October 5, 2006.
Submissions including full papers or excerpts of full papers will be
strongly preferred.

Description of Conference:
The Thirty-Fifth Annual 20th-Century Literature and Culture Conference
will be held at the University of Louisville, February 22-24, 2007.
Critical papers may be submitted on any topic that addresses literary
works published since 1900, and/or their relationship with other Arts and
disciplines (film, journalism, opera, music, pop culture, painting,
architecture, law, etc.).
