Borderlines XI: Call for Papers
Minds and Mentalities
Papers from postgraduates in medieval studies and related fields are
invited for the eleventh annual Borderlines conference, 'Minds and
Mentalities', to be held at Queen's University Belfast on April
13-15, 2007. The title is intended to embrace as wide a range of
research interests as possible, with papers being welcome from all
disciplines within the humanities and social sciences. Thus,
prospective speakers are encouraged to interpret this title with
reference to any specialism; including literature, theology,
philosophy, historiography, psychology, performance, material
culture, the history of ideas, and art history.
Abstracts for papers, of 250-300 words, should be sent to
info_at_borderlines.ie by no later than January 31st, 2007. There is no
conference fee. Details regarding accommodation and travel will be
available on the Borderlines website in the New Year: http://
