Previously unpublished critical essays are being sought on Robert Penn Warren's All the King's Men for a new volume in Rodopi Press's Dialogue series. Under the general editorship of Michael J. Meyer of DePaul University, this series offers emerging and experienced scholars the opportunity to present alternative (point/counterpoint) readings and approaches to classic texts that have received canonical acceptance in American or Continental literature.

Emerging scholars have the following qualifications: M.A., A.B.D., recent Ph.D., instructor, lecturer, or assistant professor status; publications limited to articles in journals, monographs, or chapter studies; and/or a doctoral degree awarded within the past six years. Experienced scholars demonstrate the following: teach at the associate professor level or above, have at least seven years' experience since the awarding of the Ph.D., be published in book-length studies, and/or be considered an authority or well-known commentator on the title or author.

To express interest and/or request more details-including a list of specific topics of interest, please contact the collection's editor, Monica F. Jacobe, at 09jacobe_at_cua.edu. Abstracts of proposed essays (500 words) and a brief professional vita should be submitted by May 4, 2007. Accepted essays must be 15-20 pages and completed February 8, 2008.
