As a regional MLA, NeMLA offers a vibrant yet more intimate conference
experience. The 2007 Convention in Baltimore featured more than 200
panels,
covering all aspects of scholarship and teaching in the modern languages
and
literatures. You can make NeMLA's 39th Annual Convention an even bigger
success.

NeMLA is a member-driven convention, accepting session proposals (panel,
roundtable, creative session) in the following areas:
