For the Literary Criticism permanent section, 2008 convention of the
Midwest Modern Language Association, Minneapolis, Minnesota, November 13-16:

"Criticism After the Cold War." This session will examine practices of
post-Cold War literary criticism as well as ideas about literature and the
world that inform them.

As a permanent section, this panel has already been accepted for the
conference. Please send abstracts by April 11, 2008, to Samuel Cohen,
