CFP: [Medieval] Child labour
Proposals invited from Social Scientists for a collection of essays on
CHILD LABOUR (in India)
We are looking forward to chapters about 8000-10000 words long, with focus
on strategies for elimination; realistic study of causative factors;
government interventions; international agencies; Role of the NGOs, CSOs,
Media; analysis of the national policy; use of technology; Child and the
Law.
Please e-mail your proposals (250/w) including your affiliation by 30th.
July, 2008. We expect to have full chapters in hand by 15th. September,
2008. Complete manuscript will be submitted to the publisher by October
10th, 2008. The plan is to launch the book during the Seminar on Child
Labour in the first week of February, 2009.
