The book "Contemporary Legal and Economic Issues II" was published in 2009 gathering 17 scientific papers done by a group of international authors coming from various institutions of higher education in Europe and beyond (Poland, Romania, Sweden, Mexico, Ghana, Malaysia, Japan, Russia, UAE, etc.). The authors so far have been M.Sc. and Ph.D. students and professors who individually or as a joint effort contributed an article that have dealt with contemporary legal or economic issues. The book has been edited by two professors in cooperation with the international editorial board and reviews are done by international reviewers from the field of law and economics. The guiding idea of the book was to promote scientific writing as the primary tool of academics and scholars to disseminate thoughts, ideas, research results and boldly present them to the professional and lay public for discussion, praises and critiques; to promote cooperation between students and professors, i.e. mentorship, which is rewarding for both students and their professors by uniting them in a joint effort to produce a work where each invests effort, knowledge and enthusiasm to the best of their potential and benefits from the synergy effect; to promote international cooperation between individuals and institutions taking part in this "project" pointing out that the distances in geography no longer represent an obstacle in establishing and developing the international cooperation and making the world of science truly global; to prove through topics covered that nearly all issues, in this case related to the law and economics, have left the strict realm of purely domestic jurisdiction. The novelty is that the book will be registered at the well-known EBSCO Publishing databases so the contributions published in 2011 edition will have even more 'scientific weight'.

At this time, we would like to invite all interested authors to submit a contribution (paper) for the next edition of the book.
Authors who would like to contribute to this book should e-mail a letter of intent as soon as possible to e-mails provided below. The letter of intent should include following information: Name of Author(s); Institution /workplace name and address; Country of Origin; E-mail addresses, Proposed (working) title/theme of Paper.

The deadline for submitting a full paper is 1th November 2010. We have a strong preference for articles in the field of law or in the field of economics that are fewer than 30 pages, including literature. The articles must be accompanied by an abstract of 100-150 words in length and key words. The official language of the book is English. Articles will not be language edited and it is the responsibility of the authors to maintain the language level suitable for international readers.
