To apply the SAMLA 2010 convention theme of "The Interplay of Text and Image" to fourteenth-century England, a panel will look at the visualization of vice and virtue in the works of Chaucer and Langland. Papers examining their different approaches to capturing a changing society are welcomed. This will be the ENGLISH I–C (MEDIEVAL) session.
