The Trans/Gender­ Variant Caucus at NWSA welcomes papers, panels, and workshops for the 2015 annual conference on Precarity. We are looking for papers that address the themes of this year's conference: Debility/vulnerability; Affect/eros; Institutions/containments; and Distortion/dispossession with specific orientation toward the field of trans* and gender-variant research.

CSULA's Significations graduate conference is looking for papers related to Christopher Isherwood's life, works, and/or his conceptions of Los Angeles. While the 2015 Significations theme is "Generation(s)" in all of its meanings, these papers need not deal directly with the concept of "generation" or "generations."

Please send an abstract, cover sheet that includes your contact information and school affiliation, and your paper (8-10 pages, double-spaced, MLA format) to significations15@gmail.com.

Topics are not limited to, but could include: production/creation, lineage/ tradition, or history/ temporality.Areas of inquiry include the fields of literature, linguistics, composition, rhetoric, creative writing, cultural studies, critical theory, philosophy, history, film, gender studies, and the social sciences.The conference will be held on Armenian Genocide Remembrance Day and we especially welcome papers discussing Armenian history, culture, or the impact of trauma and violence.

ollowing the success of the 1st IEEE International Workshop on Metrology for Aerospace, it was considered convenient to promote a second edition of this event, which aims at reinforcing and supporting the collaborations among people working in developing instrumentation and measurement methods for aerospace.
This new edition will complete the state of the art and practice started last year. Attention is paid, but not limited to, new technology for metrology-assisted production in aerospace industry, aircraft component measurement, sensors and associated signal conditioning for aerospace, and calibration methods for electronic test and measurement for aerospace.
