Edited by Jennifer Bartlett and George Hart

The publication of The Collected Poems of Larry Eigner by Stanford University Press in 2010 made Eigner's remarkable poetic achievement available in a standard edition for the first time. This edited volume seeks to collect essays on any aspect of Eigner's work, especially those informed by the four-volume Collected Poems. Possible approaches and topics may include, but are not limited to, disability and poetry, ecopoetics, projective verse, influence, poetic friendship, postmodernism, visual / spatial poetics, Jewish identity, politics and history, among others. In addition, we hope to include archival and biographical materials that will contribute to the wider study and appreciation of Eigner's life and work.

Submit a 250-500 word abstract of your proposed chapter to George Hart at George.Hart@csulb.edu by October 1, 2015.
