Proposals will be accepted from any area relating to queer studies, history and culture.  Potential topics could include, but are not limited to:

•  Representations of Queer artists in film, music and/or literature
•  Depictions of Queerness in film, music and/or literature
•  The Rhetoric of Queerness
•  Queer Resistances
•  Recent controversies, significant research questions, and new directions
