The Black Atlantic Cultural Series: Revisioning the Literary, Visual, and Performing Arts
PUBLICATION SERIES: The Black Atlantic Cultural Series: Revisioning the Literary, Visual, and Performing Arts
This series will embrace exploratory discussions that emanate from the latest Africana ideas from the Caribbean, Black Atlantic, and Southern United States. The series aims to examine ideologies, theories, aesthetics, and their cultural and global manifestations. From the music, dance, literature, fashion, linguistic nuances, and beyond, Africana culture is vibrantly original and requires significant documentation to avoid its loss in the vast imitation that abounds nationally and internationally.
