Call for papers, poems, prose on all aspects of The Gothic, whether African, Asian, Audio, Australian, Black, British, Caribbean, Comic Book, Early Modern, European, Filmic, Indigenous, Indian, LGBT, Medieval, Modernist, North/South American, Pop Culture, PostColonial, Romanticist, Southern, Victorian, Video Game, Web, Women’s, or any other unlisted. This panel is broadly defined in order to bring together the best of Gothic scholars, with the understanding that the Gothic is a multi-definitional genre and part and parcel of many genres, tones, constructions, ideologies, and concerns. All abstracts of 200-300 words, with a paper limit of twenty minutes total, will be happily considered, with the understanding that every paper will work largely with a Gothic text or within a Gothic conceit. We are a great group of Gothicists trying to grow our number, so please apply!
