Generation X: Studies in Culture, Demographics and Media Representation
Call For Manuscripts: Series Editors - Generation X: Studies in Culture, Demographics and Media Representation
We are soliciting manuscripts for monographs or edited collections that examine the topic of Generation X for our new series titled Generation X : Studies in Culture, Demographics, and Media Representation. Academics and non-academics alike from all generational backgrounds are welcomed to submit abstracts and/or completed manuscripts for review. Projects will be published by Rowman and Littlefield Publishers.
All subject matter will be considered. However, topics that examine issues of class, race, popular culture, marriage, divorce, sexuality, parenting, family life, religion, academia, politics, mental illness, generational studies, personal reflections, work/life balance, disabilities and related subjects are particularly welcomed.
Generation X is the demographic group of Americans born from 1965-1980. This is a unique generation on many levels with undoubtedly many provocative stories and insights to share with others. Current and former academics from all generational backgrounds are welcomed to submit abstracts of no more 2 ½ pages either U.S mail or e-mail to:

While monographs from ABD's will be considered, STRONG PREFERENCE will be given to Ph.D.'s, Ed.D.'s, MFA's J. D's , established scholars/professionals and those with other terminal degrees. Subject matter must cover the topic of Generation X or have the topic at the center of discussion.
