 Unbelonging in Postcolonial Literature

It is a great pleasure to invite academicians and scholars to submit chapters for inclusion in the edited volume titled “Unbelonging in Postcolonial Literature”to be published by Kriter Yayınevi in December 2022. The submission deadline is June 30, 2022. Interested academicians and scholars are invited to submit their papers between 6000-7000 words written in APA 6 writing style. The submitted chapters should be written in single-space and single-column and should be in A4 paper standards: 2.5 cm margins from all sides, Times New Roman font style in 12 font size, line spacing of 1.5, and “justify align” format. For indented paragraphs, a tab key should be used. One line spacing should be used for the tables and figures.

The title of the text should be centered on the page, in a lower-case letter, bold, Times New Roman font, and 14 font size.

Author affiliation is to be written on the left part of the page skipping one line space after the title, and it should be in Times New Roman font, 10 font size, with one-line spacing. After indicating the name of the author in a lower-case letter and surname in a capital letter, the title, affiliation, ORCID, and e-mail address should be included.

The similarity rate of the paper should not exceed 20%, otherwise, the paper will be rejected. Please attach the Ithenticate similarity report alongside the full text while submitting.

We welcome book chapters that address a wide range of subtopics related to the sense of unbelonging but intends to cover chapters in relation to the umbrella term unbelonging

Sense of belonging, mimicry, ambivalence, hybridity, silence, cultural clash, identity crisis, double colonization,neo-colonialism, digital colonialism, colonial and postcolonial ecologies, in-betweenness, double vision, double consciousness, self and other, alienation, diaspora, and all other related terms.
