The protagonist Journal opens their next call for papers!

We are looking for submissions for our second issue on the topic of DIS | ABILITY.

Send us your academic articles, reviews, art, and opinion pieces about:

• mental, physical, invisible disabilities
• addiction, depression, and other mental health issues
• medical culture and inequalities
• works by disabled artists, writers, musicians
• portrayals of disability in art, films, literature
• accessibility and space
• culture and disability
• ability and special ability

The submission must be accompanied by an abstract of max. 300 words, preferably as two separate documents. The written text must be 2000-5000 words. Visual art and photography must be up to 15 pieces per submission with a short abstract of 300 words.

The deadline is 15 of MAY 2023.
