INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON LITERATURE, DIGITAL POPULAR CULTURE AND THE EVOLVING NARRATIVE
Hybrid Mode
DATE: 8 & 9 February 2024

In the rapidly evolving landscape of modern society, the symbiotic relationship between literature and digital popular culture has become increasingly profound and intricate. The “International Conference on Literature and Digital Popular Culture” aims to explore this dynamic interplay, providing a platform for scholars, researchers, and practitioners to engage in insightful dialogues, share novel perspectives, and cultivate a deeper understanding of how digital platforms and popular culture influence and are influenced by literary expressions. In an age dominated by technology, the fusion of literature and digital popular culture has ushered in an era of unprecedented creativity, interaction, and engagement. The theme of this conference is to examine the intricate connections between traditional literary forms, the rise of digital popular culture, and the evolving narrative in today’s fast-paced, technology-driven environment. By analyzing these intersections, we aim to foster a deeper understanding of how storytelling and cultural expression are being redefined in the 21st century. It aims to explore how underrepresented groups utilize digital popular culture to challenge stereotypes and promote inclusivity in literature.
