Call for Papers - 2024 International Conference on Transition and Transformation: Explorations in Language, Literature, Culture, and Translation

Dear ALL,

We are pleased to announce that the College of Foreign Languages at Fu Jen Catholic University is organizing an international conference on November 1-2, 2024, at the College of Foreign Languages. The conference theme is "Transition and Transformation: Explorations in Language, Literature, Culture, and Translation."

1. **Call for Papers (English and Chinese Version): **
   - Please refer to the attached document (Attachment 1) for the official call for papers in both English and Chinese.

2. **Paper Abstract: **
   - Authors are encouraged to submit paper abstracts in English (Attachment 2).

3. **Abstracts for Panels: **
   - Abstracts for panels can be submitted in Chinese, French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Japanese. However, the concluding session of the conference will be in English (Attachment 3).

 4. **Extended Deadline for Abstract Submission: ** February 20, 2024.

 5. **Notification of Abstract Acceptance: ** March 11, 2024.

 6. **Submission Instructions: **
- Please send your abstract or abstracts for panels to the conference email at CFLLconference@gmail.com. Ensure the file is named "2024 International Conference Abstract -Author’s Name."

 7. **Post-Conference Proceedings: **
 - After the conference concludes, we will be accepting submissions for post-conference proceedings. These submissions will undergo a  double-blind academic review and will be published as a special issue in the 24th edition of the "Fu Jen Journal of Foreign Languages."
