"The Humanities Project 2024: [Re] Telling Our Stories"
Submissions are encouraged from educators at all levels (including undergraduate/graduate students) as well as all those with an interest in the arts and humanities. Proposals for papers, panels, or workshops (150-200 words) must be submitted through the conference e-submission links.
Undergraduate Research Award Prize e-Submissions
Undergraduate students may apply for only one of the two undergraduate prizes.
Panels involving student award applicants will be recorded for judging purposes.
HERA's Undergraduate Research Award e-Submission, a prize of $1,000 awarded to the best undergraduate conference paper (or divided among a panel of papers), sponsored by an attending professor (with a $500 prize awarded to the professor). The professor must become a member of HERA and register for the conference. The student must become a member of HERA and register for the conference. Creative presentations, readings, and exhibitions are also welcomed.
HERA's Undergraduate Humanities Diversity Award, a prize of $500 will be awarded to the best undergraduate conference paper that addresses race, ethnicity, gender, or sexuality. Creative presentations, readings, and exhibitions are also welcomed.
