ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
Department of English in RGNIYD hosts a two-day online conference on Youth Development and Nation Building through Literature (YDNBL), exploring the role of literature in youth empowerment and nation-building. The conference aims to foster collaborations that can lead to actionable outcomes in promoting youth empowerment through literature and cultural studies.
The theme of the conference focuses on understanding the role of literature, culture, and gender studies in empowering youth and shaping their contributions for the progress of the society and nation-building. This conference will examine how literary works, both classic and contemporary, contribute to the construction of youth identity, leadership, and values that are critical to nation development.
