full name / name of organization:

Since 2014, the eTEXTS: Literary and Cultural Studies Conference has served as a platform for the examination and exploration of diverse "texts" from English-speaking countries of Ango-Saxon heritage. By bringing together scholars, doctoral students, and early-career professionals, the conference fosters scientific debates and critical discussions that drive forward our understanding of literature and culture. Our sessions facilitate development and dissemination of original research, encouraging participants to engage in critical analysis of a wide array of social, cultural, philosophical, and historical issues. These discussions illuminate how various texts—from literature and film to media and art—reflect and shape identities and experiences of individuals within Anglo-Saxon contexts. Ultimately, the eTEXTS conference not only cultivates academic knowledge but also nurtures a community of scholars dedicated to examining English-speaking cultures.

We invite submissions that provide fresh insights into the texts of Anglo-Saxon cultures. Please submit an abstract (150 words) accompanied by a short academic bio by May 15 via  https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfQqbn-eEBeKMLWeCOvtW-fewx8AbvHj2f13s3q0ujc2Wah5w/viewform

The eTEXTS 15 conference will be held exclusively online via MS Teams. Conference papers should be 15-minute presentations in English. There is no conference fee.

We encourage and expect all participants to attend every session, as our goal is to share diverse knowledge through enriching discussions and facilitate networking among the academic community.
