We are seeking compelling micro fiction (100-200 words) that explores moments of transition, transformation, and the spaces in between for our upcoming anthology "THRESHOLDS."

Main Theme: Thresholds

Stories that capture those pivotal moments when characters stand at the edge of change—whether crossing over, hesitating, or being pushed through.

Physical Thresholds

Doorways, borders, checkpoints

Moving between spaces (home to street, one room to another)

Journeys and arrivals

 Temporal Thresholds

Midnight, dawn, the moment before

Life stages and milestones

The space between past and future

 Identity Thresholds

Coming out, coming of age

Role changes (parent to child, student to graduate)

Cultural or social transitions

 Emotional Thresholds

Breaking points and breakthroughs

The moment of realization

Love, loss, and letting go

Digital Thresholds

Logging on/off, virtual to reality

First encounters in digital spaces

Technology as bridge or barrier

Submission Guidelines:

Word count: 100-200 words

Previously unpublished works only

Submit 1-3 stories per author

Include brief bio with submission in third person narrative (50 to 60 words).
