Call for Papers – Lucius Annaeus Seneca: International Journal of Senecan Studies (LAS)

Lucius Annaeus Seneca (LAS), an open-access, peer-reviewed annual journal devoted to Senecan studies and published by Sapienza Università Editrice, invites submissions for its upcoming volume. LAS welcomes high-quality, original research on all aspects of the life, works, reception, and philosophical, literary, and historical impact of Lucius Annaeus Seneca 

We encourage contributions that engage Seneca’s philosophical writings, tragedies, epistolary corpus, ethical theories, Stoic context, rhetorical style, reception history, intertextuality, and interdisciplinary approaches across languages and traditions. LAS publishes work in the main scholarly languages of the field (including English, Italian, German, French, and Spanish) under a canonical blind peer-review process. 

Submission Guidelines:

• Manuscripts should include a 50–100-word abstract.

• All submissions undergo blind peer review.
