The Pacific Ancient and Modern Language Association (PAMLA) is seeking proposals for a sepcial session, Manuscripts and Textual Criticism. This session is open to all papers that explore some aspect of Manuscript Studies and/or that engage with the challenges and exciting discoveries that arise during the course of working with manuscript materials and/or variants in print materials. This panel is open to research being conducted in any language tradition, era, or medium (manuscript or print). The organizers especially encourage papers attuned to some facet of the conference theme, "Our Ruling Classes: Culture, Power, Conflict."
