Conference Theme

Artificial Intelligence is fundamentally transforming knowledge production, language processing, literary creativity, and intercultural communication. No longer merely a technological tool, AI has become an active partner in research, creativity, and education, prompting scholars to rethink traditional concepts of authorship, creativity, translation, language, and language pedagogy.

Against this backdrop, the Faculty of Alsun, Fayoum University, invites scholars, academics, researchers, translators, linguists, literary critics, educators, and graduate students to submit original research that explores the opportunities, challenges, and ethical implications of Artificial Intelligence in literature, translation, linguistics, language education, and the digital humanities.

The conference aims to provide an international interdisciplinary forum for discussing the future of the humanities in the AI era while fostering meaningful collaboration between human creativity and intelligent technologies.

Conference TracksTrack 1: Literature and the Reconfiguration of Creativity

• Large Language Models (LLMs)

Track 3: Translation and Intercultural Communication

Topics include, but are not limited to:

• Neural machine translation
• AI-assisted literary and specialized translation
• Translation pedagogy
• Ethics of Artificial Intelligence in translation
• Localization and multilingual communication

Track 4: Artificial Intelligence, Language Education, and Digital Humanities

Topics include, but are not limited to:

• AI in language teaching and learning
• Curriculum innovation
• Digital humanities
• Responsible AI
• The future of the humanities

Submission Guidelines

Papers are accepted in Arabic, English, French, Spanish, Chinese, and German.

Authors should submit an abstract in the language of the paper, together with an English abstract.

Abstracts should not exceed 300 words.

Abstracts should include 3–5 keywords.

Submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.

All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer-review process.
