Coldnoon: Travel Poetics (International Journal of Travel Writing) invites researchers to submit their original abstracts of creative non-fiction and research papers on travel/travel poetics for publication in Coldnoon: Travel Poetics, Apr '14, Issue X (online). The works published in the forthcoming online issue will be republished in the print issue of Coldnoon: Travel Poetics, Summer, 2014 (Vol III, Issue I), along with the previous online issue of Jan '14, Issue X, in April-May 2014.

We are not accepting submissions of poetry at present owing to a heavy backlog.

The last date of mailing submissions is 28th February, 2014.

Works should be based on the subject of travel pertaining to literature, cinema, culture, architecture, and more. Submit an abstract of your essay in no more than 500 words. The works will be checked stringently for plagiarism; avoid any whatsoever. Attach your submission in MS Word doc. format only. Notification of the selected abstracts will be sent by 7th March, and the deadline for the submission of the complete papers is 19th March, 2014.

Along with your submission also attach a short bio note of no more than 100 words.
